Yes. The initial consultation for buying, selling or renting is free of charge, giving you the information and guidance you need for the real estate process.
ما هي لجنة خدمة الوكالة؟
بالنسبة لخدمات الإيجار، تكون العمولة 50٪ من قيمة إيجار شهر واحد للمستأجر و100٪ من قيمة إيجار شهر واحد للمالك. بالنسبة لمعاملات البيع، تكون العمولة 1٪ من قيمة المعاملة للمشتري و3٪ للبائع. جميع المدفوعات تأتي مع فاتورة ضريبة مالية صادرة عن IllyrianHome.
How does renting an apartment work? What are the terms and payments?
The contract is signed for 1 year. At signing you pay: the first month, the last month, a 1-month deposit and the agency commission (half a month's rent), which is paid only once.
If you leave before the end of the 1-year contract, the last month is not refunded. The deposit is returned at the end of the contract, provided there is no damage to the property or unpaid dues.
Do you offer property valuation?
Yes. We offer professional property valuation based on current market analysis and the relevant valuation methodologies. At IllyrianHome we are certified by the relevant Albanian state institutions to provide this service.
