Yes. The initial consultation for buying, selling or renting is free of charge, giving you the information and guidance you need for the real estate process.
Für Mietdienstleistungen beträgt die Provision 50 % des Monatsmietwerts für den Mieter und 100 % des Monatsmietwerts für den Vermieter. The contract is signed for 1 year. At signing you pay: the first month, the last month, a 1-month deposit and the agency commission (half a month's rent), which is paid only once.
If you leave before the end of the 1-year contract, the last month is not refunded. The deposit is returned at the end of the contract, provided there is no damage to the property or unpaid dues.
