Yes. The initial consultation for buying, selling or renting is free of charge, giving you the information and guidance you need for the real estate process.
Was ist die Agenturdienstprovision?
Für Mietdienstleistungen beträgt die Provision 50 % des Monatsmietwerts für den Mieter und 100 % des Monatsmietwerts für den Vermieter. Bei Verkaufstransaktionen beträgt die Provision 1 % des Transaktionswerts für den Käufer und 3 % für den Verkäufer. Alle Zahlungen werden mit einer von IllyrianHome ausgestellten Steuerrechnung geliefert.
How does renting an apartment work? What are the terms and payments?
The contract is signed for 1 year. At signing you pay: the first month, the last month, a 1-month deposit and the agency commission (half a month's rent), which is paid only once.
If you leave before the end of the 1-year contract, the last month is not refunded. The deposit is returned at the end of the contract, provided there is no damage to the property or unpaid dues.
Do you offer property valuation?
Yes. We offer professional property valuation based on current market analysis and the relevant valuation methodologies. At IllyrianHome we are certified by the relevant Albanian state institutions to provide this service.

Zusätzlich zum Immobilienpreis sind die Maklerprovision, Notargebühren, Registrierungsgebühren und die Anträge auf Eintragung der Immobilie enthalten.
Kann ich die Immobilie reservieren?
Ja. Die Immobilie kann nach Vereinbarung zwischen den Parteien reserviert werden.
Wie lange dauert der Kaufprozess?
